If you find that a product you've purchased is unsuitable or you have simply had a change of heart, we offer you a return window of 14 days from your receipt of your goods. Some special order items may be non-returnable, this information will be made available within the "Product Details" tab for such products.

To return your item you will need to do the following...

Contact us via stating...

• item codes and quantities of products you wish to return
• your order number and name
• your reason for returning the goods

A RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be emailed to you, along with address details to return the goods to. We will endeavour to send these to you within one working day.

It is important to follow the instructions provided on your RMA. A few point to consider are as follows...

• goods must;
• be in their original "un-marked" packing (no-writing on the box)
• be returned to us within 14 days of delivery date or within 4 days of notifying us, within the 14 days return period.
• be undamaged, complete and in re-saleable condition
• not have been installed or used in anyway
• we advise;
• that the original packaging is wrapped or covered to ensure your courier or the Royal Mail do not mark the product's box
• you send the items on a signed for service, so you can ensure they have arrived back with us

All returned goods will be inspected and checked-in within 2 working days; any refunds processed within 4 working days of the the goods arriving with us. Refunds may be less the cost of postage and packaging incurred by us. The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods and any return delivey costs.

If you need to contact us at any time during the return process you will need to quote your RMA number.
